“GIN 1947 Mora-Frambuesa”


Ginebra Premium, de 40% alc/vol. Destilería Rigo, Sevilla, España.

  • Se destila 1 vez, en un alambique de cobre centenario, y en su elaboración artesanal se mezclan elementos botánicos de primera calidad, procedentes de la campiña sevillana, macerados previamente durante 24 horas.
  • Su fórmula contiene elementos botánicos como el enebro, la mora, la frambuesa, la cáscara de limón y de naranja, entre otros.
  • El producto final, es un destilado suave y elegante, color celeste cielo debido a la infusión de mora y frambuesa. En boca, presenta toques dulces con recuerdos amargos del enebro, con el punto de acidez regulada. En nariz, presenta un aroma intenso a mora, enebro, regaliz y un pequeño matiz de anís. Muy marcada la mora, toque de frambuesa, sutiles aromas cítricos a limón y naranja sevillanos.
  • La destiladora también produce las ginebras 1947 Fresa-Mandarina1947 Naranja-Mandarina
  • Para elaborar esta bebida, colocaremos de 4 a 5 cubitos de hielo en una copa o vaso de boca ancha. Seguidamente congelaremos la copa con nuestro enfriador de copas de CO2 y  añadiremos un twist de naranja y una ramita de canela. Por último añadiremos una tónica neutra y refrescante.
