GIN & CIN

Ginebra Premium española, de 40 % alc./vol.

Se destila 5 veces en alambiques de cobre de más de 130 de antigüedad con una base de alcohol de grano y posteriormente se mezcla con agua proveniente del río Nervión. La produce la Destilería Manuel Acha.

Su fórmula contiene elementos botánicos como las bayas de enebro, la canela, el tomillo, la cáscara de limón y de naranja amarga y dulce, el coriandro, la menta piperita, la hierba buena y la manzanilla amarga.

El producto final es un destilado limpio y transparente. En boca, destacan notas de enbro, cítricas y la frescura de la manta. En nariz, desorende un aroma muy fresco.

Gin Cin se presenta en una baja de vidrio transparente, con etiqueta en tonos azules, blancos y dorados, de 70cl de capacidad.

Para elaborar esta bebida, colocaremos de 4 a 5 cubitos de hielo en una copa o vaso de boca ancha. Seguidamente congelaremos la copa con nuestro enfriador de copas de CO2 y añadiremos un twist de limón. Por último añadiremos una tónica neutra y refrescante.
