  • Está elaborada a partir de elementos botánicos de la campiña, mezclados y macerados varios días para después ser destilados, 1 sola vez, en alambiques de cobre, de más de 100 años de antigüedad.
  • Su fórmula contiene elementos botánicos como las bayas de enebro, la fresa, la cereza y la granadina.
  • El producto final es un destilado color rosáceo, suave y aromático, en el que aparecen notas cítricas.
  • En nariz, destacan el aroma a fresa, enebro, regaliz y un leve matiz a anís. En boca, resulta dulce al inicio y cítrica al final.
  • La destilería también elabora 1947 MORA-FRAMBUESA GIN y 1947 NARANJA-MANDARINA GIN.
  • Para elaborar esta bebida, colocaremos de 4 a 5 cubitos de hielo en una copa o vaso de boca ancha. Seguidamente congelaremos la copa con nuestro enfriador de copas de CO2 y añadiremos un carpacho de fresas, por último añadiremos una tónica neutra y refrescante o bin con connotaciones aromáticas.
