1895 DRY GIN

Ginebra Premium, de tipo London Dry Gin, de 40% alc/vol. La producen los hermanos Ruía Iborra en Ronda, Málaga.

  • Se obtiene a través de doble destilación en alambiques de cobre.
  • Su fórmula contiene elementos botánicos como las bayas de enebro, el cilantro, la piel de naranja y de limón y la raíz de angélica. El resto de botánicos se mantienen en secreto.
  • El producto final es un destilado seco y cristalino. En nariz, se perciben los cítricos. En boca, denotan el cilantro, el enebro y los cítricos.
  • Para elaborar esta bebida, colocaremos de 4 a 5 cubitos de hielo en una copa o vaso de boca ancha. Seguidamente congelaremos la copa con nuestro enfriador de copas de CO2 y añadiremosun twist de lima. Por último añadiremos una tónica neutra y refrescante o con connotaciones cítricas.
