“RIVES SPECIAL GIN”
Ginebra Super Premium, tipo London Dry de 40,0 % alc./vol.
Se obtiene por triple destilación, dos de grano y una tercera con los componentes botánicos.
Los botánicos utilizados son 11: enebro de España, corteza de naranja y limón de España, regalíz de China, Orris de Kalia, coriandro de Marruecos, casia de China, granos del paraíso del oeste de África, angélica de Bélgica, almendras de España y raíz de lirio.
El producto final, es limpio y transparente. En nariz destaca el aroma a enebro y hierbas, y en boca, es muy seca y equilibrada, con retrogusto almendrado.
Esta ginebra se comenzó a fabricar en 1980 por Rives Pitman S.A. en Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz. es la única ginebra 100% andaluza que se elabora de manera completamente artesanal en exclusivos alambiques de cobre del Maestro John Dore.
Se presenta en una botella clásicade Rives, esmaltada en negro y con las letras serigrafiadas en rojo y dorado, de 1 litro de capacidad.
Decir que de esta ginebra recibimos una clase magistral a cargo de Juan Carlos Romero, hijo de destiladores profesionales de esta ginebra.

Para elaborar el gintonic colocaremos de 4 a 5 cubitos de hielo en una copa o vaso de boca ancha. Añadiremos un twist de limón, y por último, lo acompañaremos con una tónica neutra con un fino gas carbónico.
